We wish the best for decorated Alpine skier, Lindsey Vonn, who nearly lost her left leg after her horrific crash in the Olympic downhill. She developed acute compartment syndrome, which occurs when blood flow stops. She'll need a year to heal and more surgeries to add to the five she's already had after the crash.
