German tabloid Bilt suggested Austrians were injecting their ski jumping athletes to increase the size of their genitials before body scans. That would create a larger and slightly looser suit which would create more drag, extra lift, and longer flight.
In 2025 the Norwegian team manipulated the crotch area of their suits, resulting in 18-month suspensions for their Coaches. So this was a serious allegation, but no proof was produced on the Austrian Olympic Team.
